Shipment:
All items are sent by Royal Mail standard. If you don’t receive the items within 1 week after payment. Please inform us. Customers will responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, etc. Postage is including VAT and handling charge.
If your postal address is not the same as on your Paypal. Please inform us after buying.
Delivery Time:
-The shipment may take 3-4 days inland UK

Return:
If buyers receive wrong or damaged item. We will refund full postage costs. If the item does not fit and return item, buyers have to cover full postage costs to return to us. We will not take any responsibility for return item before receiving. Item must be returned in the original packing with all tags within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us first before returning your item and with your eBay user name and item ID with any returns. Or we are unable to process. Buyers are advised with tracking number to proof your return item. We won’t take any responsibility for any non-delivered items. For hygiene reason, we cannot accept returns on thongs, pants, hosiery. Stockings.
Exchanges and Refunds
